PRICES
Prices listed on the Lemaar price list are list prices only. All prices listed are recommended retail prices only; and there is no obligation to comply with the recommendation.

RETENTION OF TITLE
It is a condition of sale that title of the goods listed on each Lemaar Invoice shall not pass to the purchaser until payment has been received in full. Furthermore, all goods on hand up to the value balance due to Lemaar Pty Ltd will be deemed to be the property of Lemaar Pty Ltd.

ORDERS
Any order which cannot be executed from Lemaar’s warehouse stock will be automatically back ordered. Back orders will be processed as stock becomes available, unless the store specifically marks the order “DO NOT BACK ORDER”. In which case the unavailable line will be deleted from the order. Deliveries are subject to availability of stock and Lemaar will not be liable for any charges due to product unavailability.

MINIMUM INVOICE
A minimum of a $20.00 surcharge will apply to each order that has a net value of less that $75.00. This surcharge does not apply to back orders.

DELIVERY
Delivery will be made free of charge within the metropolitan area of capital cities (within Australia).

CLAIMS
No goods may be returned without the express permission of Lemaar Pty Ltd. Credit will only be allowed at the discretion of Lemaar Pty Ltd and it is the responsibility of the claimant to pay the freight costs involved in the return of goods unless otherwise organised.

Goods returned must be clearly identifi ed as to sender, contents, nature of claim and need to be clearly marked with the Lemaar allocated ARG Number (Authority to Return Goods Number). ARG Numbers can be supplied to you by either your local sales rep or Lemaar’ head office.

Claims for price adjustments or for incorrect supply of goods must be made in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods and must quote original invoice number.

RETURNED GOODS
No goods will be accepted without prior approval from Lemaar Pty Ltd. An authority number for the returned goods must accompany all returns. This authority number (ARG Number) will be supplied by Lemaar Pty Ltd.

All credits will be issued on the basis of inspection of the returned goods. A minimum of a 30% handling charge will apply if the credit is not the fault of Lemaar Pty Ltd.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Lemaar Pty Ltd is continuously improving and upgrading products, changes may be made to product specifications without incurring any liability.

PRICING REVIEW NOTICE
A minimum of 60 days notification of any price increase will be given.
